PAYMENT AND RETURN POLICY

PAYMENT TERMS:

The payment must be made in full before the goods are released.

INSPECTION:

The customer should inspect the goods at the time of delivery to ensure they are what was ordered. No claims will be considered for visible defects (e.g., wrong color, incorrect items, streaks, damage during shipping) after the goods have been cut or installed.

ALL REMNANT AND SPECIAL ORDER SALES ARE FINAL:

No warranty applies to promotional sales or special goods.

CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS:

There is a $30 fee for any payment checks returned due to insufficient funds. A 35% restocking fee, plus freight, will be charged on all canceled orders that have been delivered and shipped. Goods can be picked up 24 hours after payment is received. If the goods remain in the warehouse for more than 5 business days, a 1% per day storage fee will be charged. If you have special circumstances, please contact the seller.

UNDERSIGNED AGREES:

To pay all reasonable attorney fees, litigation expenses, and court costs incurred by CLASSIC FLOORING DEPOT LLC in collecting any amounts owed. The undersigned agrees to pay 18% annual interest on any past due amounts and submits to the jurisdiction and venue of the Gwinnett County Courts, including, but not limited to, Magistrate Court, State Court, and/or Superior Court, for resolution of any disputes arising from the provision of goods or services by CLASSIC FLOORING DEPOT LLC.

INSTALLATION:

All installers should follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

GUARANTEE:

All material is guaranteed to meet the specified requirements. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alterations or deviations from the above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written order and will result in additional charges and deposits above the initial estimate.

NOTE:

All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control.
